The dance companies I have produced For  CELEBRATE DANCE seasons 2008 & 2009 have truly appreciated  all you have “celebrated” with us on Dance Channel TV. (there have been 5 shows 2006-07-08-09-10 and 27 companies)

Your exceptional and professional reporting on the events has been accurate, energized, artistic and very helpful in promoting dance in Los Angeles.

Dance Channel TV coverage these days is  important to the  dance community in Southern California especially Los Angeles, due to the cut backs in the major news papers that go to print! The cut backs have basically deleted most reviewers and it is slim pickings or nothing and lately, mostly nothing in print.

You not only cover us but also supply beautiful footage of the actual show! This year, especially,  what you do makes a significant impact.  It allows more exposure to the audiences  on a national, as well as,  international level. This would not have happened with out you being there with your cameras and your wonderful reporters , making the effort to keep us alive and kicking!

I would also like to add that for the 3rd year, CELEBRATE DANCE at the Alex Theatre in Glendale,  California SOLD OUT! The  advertisement I hired you to create  for CELEBRATE DANCE 2010 playing on your channel   helped significantly, adding exposure and new audience attendees.

Dance Channel TV knows about how “we” dancers,  choreographers, producers think.  You understand how we  function as artists, trying to make our way and  you are sensitive to our needs and vision. You are a vital source of information and communication. WE NEED YOU!
